Overview
Tender Intel is a multi-tenant white-label SaaS platform for discovering, tracking, and winning UK public sector tenders. It pulls live opportunity data from the Contracts Finder OCDS API and gives procurement teams a proper workflow — Kanban bid pipeline, an evidence library with audit readiness scoring, a matching engine that scores win probability, and an AI assistant for drafting and compliance.
The platform is built for any vertical. Health, waste, construction — switching is a config change, not a rebuild.
Why it matters
Public procurement is scattered and deadline-heavy. Bid teams juggle spreadsheets, missed notices, and repetitive writing. Tender Intel centralises the whole cycle: find, assess, manage, submit. The white-label engine means it can serve multiple industries through a single codebase, with each tenant getting a branded product that looks purpose-built for their sector.
Status
Client-side MVP with mock data. Architecture is in place — Supabase backend is pre-configured and ready to wire up. Feature flagging and subscription tiers are implemented. Next step: live data and auth.
